My over experience was pretty poor. From finish to end and I'll never go back however I'm left with a pretty sad nail job and an even worse pedicure. I walked in and was greeted kindly and promptly worked on and just before she could even shape my nails, she cut an area under the acrylic and instantly was bleeding. After washing it the sting let me know it was quite deep and couldn't be worked on for atleast the next week or so. Wow... I'm in the middle of a move and now I can't even put pressure on my finger much less not let my infant touch it. My pedicure was pretty sad, the girl had no idea what she was doing. Couldn't even shape my nails I've had TONS of pedicures I was almost laughing in my seat. Was she seriously hired based on skill set? Waste of 25$ I had to ask her to repaint my big toes they was so funky and looked like a child paint my nails the nail tech had to come over and fix it. It was so unprofessional I couldn't believe it. After leaving I felt like shouldn't have paid full price I was so unhappy with the level of work, I called in and they asked me to come in. To apologize? And they won't be refunding me. WASTE of even more of my time. Place is a joke!

Very poor service. The owner is very polite and professional, but unfortunately, she has techs that are not. No one spoke, and the looks I received made me feel as though the year was 1940 if you understand my point. The quality of services rendered(mani and pedi) were extremely awful. The tech rushed and did a half job, and she also seemed to lack talent. My nails and toes looked like they were an old msni and pedi...They were also unprofessional. Right in front of customers, my tech asks if she can go home early, and another tech was on her phone. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else.
