This is by far the best nail salon in the city! I've gone to places in the loop, streeterville, river north, and Wicker park and even though this location isn't closest to me it's the only place that I will go to now. Friendly staff, super quick, and clean! All of the technicians are great, but Kevin (the owner) and Becky are my go-tos if they're available.

Friendly staff, clean equipment, but service was a little slow. Might have been the particular tech. I'd go there again.

Very fast and they do a great job. Chipped a no chip nail a few days after getting it done and they quickly fixed,no charge.

I went to H2O nails a week ago and my no chip and toe nail polish is chipped. When I went back the man Kevin that works there only filed my nails down and said that happens sometimes. This was my first and last time going to this salon.
