I called beforehand and got hung up on in explaining what I wanted. I got there and explained again. The male was polite, the woman was extremely rude. She started to raise her voice at me before she put the color on so I offered to pay for half the work and tmshe threatened to call the police. When I realize that it was simply a threat, I called the police myself. I ended up having to pay the full amount without getting what I was there to get. Now I am walking around with just acrylic on my hand. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horribly rude, and not great work. The shaping of this acrylic on my hand is not fabulous. Thanks a lot. Rude.

Horrible place.....I hadn't even left the shop and my nails were popping off just from scratching my hair. Don't waste your money go somewhere else

This place did a HORRIFIC job on my nails. I left with a swollen bloody nail.The owner Tracy has very bad customer service skills. No one knows how to apply the acrylic correctly or even polish. Jesus Christ...if u want a great r even normal looking set of nails NEVER NEVER NEVER visit this place!!!!!!!!

I went hear a while back to have a full set of acrylic done, that messed up the next morning and decided some years ago to go back & get gel mails done figuring that cant be messed up considering you only paint the nails, i was wrong, their using very cheap gel that has now 3 days later started cracking at the top of my nail. Not to mention i told the owner that did my nails i wanted a white mail with an Alabama A & she refused to paint 2 of my mail white said she'll do them all the same RED wow & she was rude about it.. I was very uncomfortable. Dave YOUR money, u can go to Sallys & but better nail polish than they hv seriously.

I thought I'd give her a chance to do coffin nails for me before I made a decision to stop coming there... The coffin nails she did look like stilettos and they were extremely crooked... The polish job looked horrible, and this was in gel. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
