You phone answering service is absolute the WORST!!!! NEVER does it give you the opportunity to just talk with a staff member at your office. Customer service is soooo important and you office makes it impossible
to talk with ANYONE!!! Are you there to help people????? All I wanted was to talk to a live person!!!!!!!!!!! You just lost my business :(

I have gone into this lab several times for various types of tests. The staff has always been kind and helpful. They remember me and who my doctor is. It has always been a positive experience.

Don't try to call them. It is an endless loop of phone system prompts. It would be faster to drive the 30 minutes each way.

My doctor sent me to these guys to have blood work done for an annual checkup. I worked for almost a year to get them to bill my insurance correctly. Everytime, I would call they would say that they would change it and submit it. I finally had to just pay the bill because I just gave up trying to get them to bill the insurance correctly. I talked to them at least 4 or 5 times and everytime I would just get a bill a month or so later. I would call my insurance again and they would say they didn't receive a corrected billing. Finally on this last time with my call into the insurance, they said they showed one other submission (The one from the last time I called) and they didn't change a thing from the original submission. These guys were a waste of time and I will never go to them again.
