Most people have the convenience of planning things in advance, but for others such as myself, we find ourselves trying to get things done at the last minute. Regardless of being busy, I still had to find time to write a review as Passmore Flower's has been able to assist me several times with beautiful arrangements of flowers at a low price. The service and professionalism was outstanding and you can even get a haircut next door which is "OPEN ON SUNDAYS." It really is a convenience when I don't have to drive to El Paso to get a clip at the very last minute. Besides the great quality of the products and low priced items, the best part was the feeling they gave me like I was family. Thank you Passmore Flowers (located at 472 Passmore Rd.
