I will give this spa area a 4 star only because their customer service needs to drastically improve. John and his wife are awesome with nails and peds. Not to mention free style designs/ their has been a price increase, but the quality lasts a longer than any other nail shop I have visited. Awesome work, I always get compliments on my nails and peds when there.

This place was a total waste of my money! The 2 guys doing mine and my daughters toes were rude and my legs are extremely oily! They both only said a total of 10 words to me and my daughter! I am not from here so I had no ideait would be like this! We won’t go back!! They only wanted to know what we wanted and our money!

My experience was so awful. I have been crying for the past half hour. This is 2016 and it's the style to have beautiful thick arched eye brows. It took me months and months to grow my beautiful thick arched brows out. Lee waxed off my brows in 2 minutes. Leaving them thin and straight as a bored. I look hideous. I'm so upset

The place smelled horribly as I walked in the workers were eating lunch. I nearly left because of the smell alone.
The young lady with the glasses did a wonderful job with my manicure and pedicure her. She was very thorough.
I also got my eyebrows waxed which was done by an older lady. The lady jerked my purse for me and without even looking at me took it to the wax room. The wax table was covered by dirty towel with hair stuck to it. The lady spoke loudly over me to another worker. She kept throwing my head from side to side. I asked her to be gentle. She finished.
I told the young lady as I was leaving that the lady who did my wax was very rough. She completely ignored me and walked away from me.
Horrible experience. Not coming back even though it's only two minutes from my home.

This is the only place I will go they always do an awesome job and the prices are well set. I made the mistake and went some where else and hated it. Can't wait till the start back opening on sundays.
