I’ve tried a few nail salons over the years, and this place is consistently good. I got every 2-3 weeks for a gel manicure, mostly because my nails have grown and not because the polish has chipped.
Like with any customer service business, there are a few less than stellar techs, but I only see them a few times before they disappear. Overall, though, I’ve had 5-star service every time I’ve gone.
Most of the techs do a fantastic job with trimming cuticles, and my gel manicures are usually flawless. There has been a time or two when a little imperfection got polished over, but nobody noticed unless they ran a finger over that nail.
I seldom make an appointment and am pretty pleased with whoever I happen to get when I walk in randomly.

had a gel pedicure after being turned away the last couple times i had tried to have my nails done there, the pedicure turned out nicely, but the massage and hot stone treatment were MINIMAL at best, i was asked if I wanted a massage with my pedicure for an extra 7 dollars. I thought this would be a longer massage with pedicure, instead I sat at the driers in between two women conversing loudly as if i wasn't there and received a zero effort rub for about 1 min on my shoulders. Disappointed with the (LACK OF) "spa" part of the pedicure services, but nails look nice.

I've tried to get my nails done here multiple times, seem to have good reviews and easy parking. Yet every time I try to walk in/call day of for an appointment they are book or "don't have an acrylic technician in today". For such a large place I am always disappointed and frustrated they can't do my nails. A basic acrylic fill is all I ever need yet they can't seem to provide a basic service for a nail salon. Very frustrating.

Have been going to red cat nails since they opened. Great gel nails and if they get nicked at a later date, they are repaired, no questions asked. Rosa's pedicures are a god send. I have ingrown toenails and had doctors cutting my toenails for years and then would go to a salon for a pedicure. I was told by doctors the only solution was to remove the nail completely and never have it grow back. Was contemplating that for a few years, and then went to a salon that said they had clients with the same problem and the doctors cut the toenail half way and they then can put a fake nail on. Rosa at Red Cat give me a pedicure. I showed her my problem, and voila no more problem unless I wait too long to go back. Granted it is sometimes slightly painful since there is no numbing meds like the doctors. But unlike the doctors, she gets it right. As she works, I point out where there still is pain and we work together on it until I am pain free. I don't feel any pain until a month or so later, if I don't get in to see her before that. It works for my ingrown toenail nails but each case is different. It's worth a shot to try and see if Rosa can fix what I found no one else could fix in the last 15 years!
