I have been here many times …I felt soooo welcomed and cared for right away stepped in. My nail tech is circumspect in her job. Also, she suggested to a gel pink color to me. I got them done two weeks ago and they still look incredible!! This place WILL keep me coming back

My husband treated me to a gift certificate. I went for a mani/pedi with gel polish on Tuesday. The polish chipped off one of my nails within 2 days. I went to get it fixed on Saturday. I was the 3rd one there but no one wanted to wait on me and started taking people that came in after me. After getting up and going back to the front desk one of the male workers stopped to fix it but the whole time talking with the owners wife in another language and I am sure it was pertaining to me because she kept looking at me. Fast forward to the next day, Sunday, my polish started peeling off like stickers. I paid 63.00 for subpar work and thinned out polish. IF YOU WANT QUALITY, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

For the first time in more years than I can remember, my cuticle was severely cut during a visit here. Not only that, my 8yr old would have done a better job with polishing my nails. The employees were nice, but the skill set is subpar. If I'm visiting Florence again, this will not be my 1st choice.

I have been going here for years and the service gets slacker and slacker until today I took my feet out of the pedicure water, dryed them off and left. I am done ! My nail guy would start on my nails, then the owner's wife would holler out in Vietnamese that she needed him to go wax a customer's eyebrows who came in AFTER me. He would be gone for 10 minutes. He would return and about 15 minutes later the same thing. My time is important also. I told him if he got up again I would deduct money from him charging me for my manicure. THIS episode happens all the time. Today he finally said they had people out but when I got there they had only two customers for a pedi. Me and a 911 Dispatcher.
I know they talk about their clients in their native language.
Today, I waited 30 minutes! Owners son ran my water and left me with it running. It almost overflowed if Tina had not cut it off. Then it got cold. Then Victor came but said he did not have time to file down my two big toes but would do a regular pedicure or I could come back in two hours. Oh, just leave and come back like thats nothing. The owner walks around playing on his phone
They could care less!
I went to Sugar Coat and they were so nice, CLEAN, talks ENGLISH and offered me something to drink even a glass of Pink Moscato! Sooo found me a New, REAL SALON, One of my clients that I sold a house to before Christmas works there. So happy to try out Sugar Coat! My Pedicure was great and she even fixed the nails on my big toes. Going back tomorrow for my manicure!

This place is expensive, rude, and even painful. I’ve been here multiple times each time hopeful my experience would be better than the last. Every time they cut my cuticles and the last time I decided to say something about it expecting a discount at the very least. They cut 4 of my cuticles. I had gotten acrylic nails on both hands and two of my fingers on each hand had bleeding cuticles. They are rough on my hands and have no concern when It is quite obvious that I’m in excruciating pain.
