I have dip powder with tips. I went here for the first time yesterday for a color change and to fix one broken nail. The atmosphere was not very welcoming AT ALL. I had on my work pants and work shoes and I am African American. I asked for services and was given a very condescending "we don't do that". A color change? Really? He didnt offer ANY alternatives to the dip powder on the ONE nail that I needed repaired. I then asked him to just file the nail and to do color change. He then told me to pick a color and have a seat. There was no designated seating for waiting customers and he IMMEDIATELY started speaking with his coworkers in their native language. The female technician who did my nails also did the same thing. And at one point, her counter part who was seated next to her looked up at me and at my nails which essentially confirmed that she was talking about me disparagingly. However, my nail tech did what I asked and the shaping and color change was very nice considering it was a light natural color and many techs do not know how to effectively paint nails with light colors. I gave her a nice tip because she did provide a service and I have manners and class. But, my experience at this salon was very dissatisfying to say the least and I honestly feel it was because of my race and the way I was dressed. I usuall tip 10 to 20 dollars if I'm pleased regardless of what service I have. Customers should feel APPRECIATED AND WELCOMED when spending their hard earned money. Never judge a book by its cover Spa Boutique! Have a blessed year.....

Horrible experience👎🏻 The girl didn’t know what she was doing. Pedicure all my toes were different shape. My gel manicure was even worse . Not going to this place ever again !

They were pretty accommodating and the massuese did a good job in making sure pressure applied was exactly how I liked.

Terrible. They don’t treat people of color with respect. Never going in there again.
They will try to do what they want to your own nails and charge you extra for what they want to do. Already contacted BBB about this.

Took my daughter there to get her ready for prom. She got acrylic nails and two of them were placed crooked. Mentioned it to the guy, he said, no, not crooked and with polish it will look better.
Final product, two crooked nails with polish, all the nails were not smooth, they did not look professionally done. Went the day after to get it fixed, same guy tried to charge $15 extra, per nail, to fix the crooked nails HE incorrectly placed! That would have been an extra $30 on top of the $70 I had already paid for her nails and pedi. Ridiculous. We will *never* go there again.
