After having walked out of another nail salon where I waited for 30 min though I called beforehand with wet feet, I was pretty irritated. I found Ellen's on Yelp and decided to head over. I waited 10 min and was assured I would be up soon 5 min in. I really appreciate honesty with regards to time. My feet and hands look great. I don't find myself looking down at my hands irritated because something isn't right. They're perfect.
My only thing here is that I'm used to really soft feet right after a spa pedicure and they just felt like normal. No biggie though.

I have been visiting Ellen's Nails for at least 8 years and have had the most wonderful service and exceptional quality care. I won't go anywhere else!

I've been to this place several times and every time I leave feeling mistreated. One instance was when I asked them to not soak my fingers in that harsh chemical stuff since it makes my skin peel the lady immediately gave a bad attitude and gave me a really bad nail job and a terrible attitude. As she was "massaging" my hands she threw my hand down when she was done. I'm mad at myself for not saying anything then. I tried one more time since it was on a busy weekend and I was in a rush and all the other places were booked and again, bad attitude and a bad manicure and pedicure. Needless to say, I won't be back even if it's the last nail salon on earth. I surely won't put up with bad attitude when I'm paying for the service.
