Big huge NO! It was my first time at Vive Nail Spa. I called to make an appointment at 11. I got there and I waited for 25 minutes until a lady came to do my nails. Why make an appointment if I'm just going to wait almost half an hour? The lady didn't even talk to me, she was very rude and I tried making conversation with her. I wish I would've asked for her name. She made me pay before she put polish on my nails. (Which was weird, normally you don't pay until the service is done...) After she polished my nails she had me sit at the nail drying station. I sat there for 30 minutes while my nails dried. She didn't come by once to check on me!!! I got up and left. My nails came out okay... I've seen better, but the customer service was HORRIBLE. Definitely not worth the wait. Save your money and go somewhere you will be treated right!!!

My service provider named Jenny was excellent. She took really excellent care of me during my pedicure. This salon is clean and very professional. I wasn’t rushed and I liked the atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my service and would come back again as well as recommend it to all my friends.

Prices have raised which sucks but they have the best variety of colors for regular or shellac. Today I got the holographic nails and I love them!! Service is friendly plus they offer mimosas

Love the services they offered here at such a great price. For a basic pedicure one receives a paraffin dip, massage with hot stones, a compliment drink in a relaxing environment! They are child friendly as well!

I’ve been a loyal customer the past few months. The nails the ladies do here keep getting worse and worse. They look trashy, peeling in 2 days with paint that looks like a kindergartener had a go at my nails. They’re only good at waxing✌🏼 I even had stitches I told the girl REPEATEDLY “please be gentle I have stitches” and she STILL man handled me then complained over my tip😂😂😂 final straw right there.
