I went Simply Nails for the first time today and it was amazing! I’m from Florida and my cousin suggested this place because she had a good experience and she was right! I came in for acrylic with gel ($38) and the results were amazing. Better than my nail salon in Florida ! Tina did a phenomenal job and took her time. If I’m ever back in Liverpool, NY and need my nails done, I’m going there! The acrylic with gel also included moisturizing my hands and getting a hot towel on them! Wonderful place.

Went in for just a pedicure, ended up getting a manicure also, was well worth it, Mai did an amazing job, work wasn't rushed, she took her time and did an awesome job, love my nails. They definitely just got a new client, Thank you Mai, I will be back!

This is the only salon my grandmother and I will go to now, when we need our manicures and pedicures done!
The people who run this place are meticulous, gentle, and thorough with everything they do, ensuring you have a pleasant experience that won't leave you hurting later. We used to go to another salon that I won't name, but our feet always hurt within a few days of having our pedicures done -- it turns out they had been cutting our nails and cuticles wrong, causing ingrown nails and cuticle rips! Gentle, experienced hands rectified this for us on our first visit, and have taken care to double check every visit since.
Their massaging chairs have multiple settings, not to mention they swivel to let you in and out! Gone are the days of struggling to get into blocky chairs for a pedicure!
One of the best features of this place? Their air filters -- you don't want in to a face full of chemical smells! It's a soothing and relaxed environment, that you can enjoy your time in.
I can't sing their praises enough. I've recommended them to friends, family, and even strangers who comment on the unique polish that only their salon offers -- MOOD CHANGING GEL POLISH!
I will advise that you call before going over, if you want multiple services, to ensure they can fit you in. They have a client base of regulars who come every week, and can fill up fast in the evenings. Even with calling ahead, though, I've never had to wait more than an hour for an appointment, which is easy enough to pass with restaurants and the mall right there for entertainment.
