I’m only giving one star because zero was not an option. When I went in for a manicure today, after the nail tech was finished with the cuticle scissors she wiped them and put them back in her drawer. When I asked whether she planned to sterilize them in the machine, she said no. She said alcohol was enough. I asked her if she knew that someone could still get a disease from unsterile equipment. She barely spoke English but I explained that if she cut me I could get HIV, she said she didn’t understand. I then asked to speak with the owner. When I eventually spoke with her, she said that’s how they do things there and that she only sterilized equipment once a night. I told her I believe the law says it should be after every client. She said okay and shewed me out the door. I even saw my tech using the dirty, barely wiped cuticle scissors on the next customer. Disgusting and dangerous. I will not be back. The health department should pay a visit!

Best nail place around and Ive been looking for months! I’m super picky and now have a pedi and eye brow lady here. Super nice staff as well!
