Emilia is nothing short of professional, courteous and so warm-hearted. From start to finish, I was totally impressed with her response time, creating and confirming my appointment, and genuine interest in what she does. My eyebrows made me into a new woman once she was done with me! The endless compliments I have received are all thanks to Emilia. I have recommended all my friends and family to her, whether it's for brows, eyeliner, lips -- Emilia knows what she's doing, and does it well.

Love Emilia Berry and her work! Reception at Manhattan office is not the best: not very friendly, and unclear as of what to do to check in.
