Been going here since I was a young girl. I love this place. Everyone is kind, it’s very clean and the prices are reasonable. Also James does the best tips!!!!

Will never go back. Did SNS nails and the entire process lacks care. They leave your fingers in acetone for way to long (some fingers maybe 30 minutes) - my fingers started to feel like they were burning. I’m a paying customer yet they had such a problem with me telling them how I wanted my nails done and had more and more of an attitude the more I asked for modifications. They use the same tools on everyone that walks in and do not sanitize them in between. They use a device poorly that cuts your skin on every finger. Then when they drop more chemicals on your nails it goes into those cuts and burns like crazy. I have so many cuts around my nails. Absolutely awful

WORST ACRYLIC EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT let the male employee touch your nails!!!!! I went to element spa on Bedford first (for a pedicure) and headed here to get my nails done (since element didn’t do acrylics). He started my nails and they sent me to another lady to finish. My nails are all uneven and crooked. Some of them are extremely thick and the polish isn’t even smooth.
Please save your coins and go to another nail salon. It really isn’t worth it.
And if you decide to go here, DO NOT LET THAT MAN TOUCH YOUR NAILS
