If I could give it negative points I would. Real bad booking. Sat for an hour with nails wrapped and tech started a new client ask when my nails will get done, states customer had appointment but I also did. Wasn't going to wait till she was done so I left. People without appointments got done before me.

Came in for SNS and simple design. Left to soak off for 30 minutes. Man doing SNS base buffed my pinky nail so long it cracked and chipped. Took him around an hour to do clear SNS and he tried to talk me into something "easier" and "prettier". Then had to wait for another tech to do the design. She did it with regular polish although I asked for gel. Paid $47 for a damaged nail and polish that will most likely chip tomorrow.
