This nail salon is under new Vietnamese ownership since my last visit and whereas they did a nice remodel, the new owners are not pleasant at all. They yell at you when you arrive ‘honey, what you want?’, assign you a seat and eventually get to work. The employees all speak to each other non stop (in Vietnamese) but not to their customers at all. Maybe they do not speak English? The man that did my manicure did not say a word to me, nor did he seem to enjoy his job. There were no posted prices and I was charged $40 for a French, gel manicure. Not relaxing at all and I won’t be back.

I went there today with my bf after work. I allowed my bf to do is pedicure first , I then wait until my bf is finish because I wanted the same lady to do mine. She went away without saying she is going to take a break to eat. The oldest lady there ask if I wanted to do a manicure I said no, I dnt . She walked away. The lady that did my bf came back and ask me what I want to do , I told her she went back to the lady . The lady then came back shouting at me and then said she won’t do what I wanted which I never wanted her to do it in the first place. She was very unkind. My bf just paid and left. It ruined my whole day cuz I was excited to do my nails. I literally cried.

I just stopped in today for a pedicure. This place has changed owners. The person who greeted me was demanding- what you want? The nail tech did not understand english well and asked me to pick a scent for deluxe pedicure but then brought totally different one. She then continued to clean up around me while I was trying to relax during treatment. Not as friendly as previous owners. They will be missed.

Acrylic nails with gel manicure. I was greeted at once when I entered and only waited for 5 minutes before getting my manicure. My nails look great. My tech, Teresa, took her time to make sure there was no buildup of product on my cuticle or under my nail. During my gel polish, she meticulously looked over each nail assuring each was perfect. This is my fourth salon in 9 weeks and I've been to fancier salons who charge more. I will be coming back to City Nail Service.😃
