Loved my experience, the customer service was out of this world. For a walk in they welcomed me and started my nails immediately. Highly recommend 10/10 !!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great place very upscale and professional. The receptionist's are all nice and very friendly. All the nail techs are great!

The person doing my nails was nice at first but then after a while she became a little bit more rude and rude and rude and I asked for a certain length and I said a little bit longer than a certian length. i showed her a picture of that length i wanted and she made my nails shorter than the length I wanted and I told her that and she said no the length in the picture is shorter and I said no it’s not and I came home with extremely short nails and I’m gonna call tomorrow morning because they are closed now and complain and ask or demand for a refund because I am really angry at the service I got.

Extremely rude people! We went without an appointment and they welcomed us with a terrible face and attitude. I understand not having an appointment but you gotta treat your walk in clients with a little more respect amd get off your phone. Worst customer service
