Dropped my daughter off to get old acrylic nails soaked off and gel coat on. To my surprise she called me 20 min later and said I’m done just come get me, I knew something was wrong!! As it takes much longer to properly remove nails. She was in so much pain, he had pulled her nails off so rough and filed them with a rough drill bit. Along with destroying her natural nail bed causing severe divits in her nails and bleeding! He put nail glue on them to try to stop the bleeding and said it’s because your nails are too thin! SERIOUSLY!! I am a cosmetologist myself and if I ever did this to a client I’d have a lawsuit on my hands! Her Grandmother went in to talk to him and he was so rude. He told her he could take them off any way he wanted he could even rip them off if he wanted!! He told her to leave now and he dident care she was in pain. She asked to see is lisence and he stood in front of it yelling at her to leave. So we will be taking her in to doctor to look at them, hoping she doesn’t get infection! IM SO MAD HOW DO YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!
