HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I only came to the place looking for a new salon since I moved to vancouver. The lady who did my hair was Maritsa. I showed her the picture I wanted was a soft balayage and she bleach my hair completely I went from a brunette to a blond. Without any brunette streaks left like I had asked. Yes she did a great job a bleaching it but I've had a few belayage done b4 and when I mentioned that it wasn't what I asked for she turned everything on me saying it's my fault, and that my hair was not as dark as it is in the photo I showed her. This womam threatend to call the police when I asked for atleast half my money back for bleaching all of my hair I could never go back to . I wanted to get it fixed elsewhere bcuz she was so rude I wanted to cr and she accused me of being "One of those people" who tries to get things done for free. I was shocked. Never knew or ever came across people who can be so inhumane. I just wanted to be left whole.

I love my stylist, Anne! I've been coming here for many years. She's always on time. She takes time to figure out exactly what style I'm looking for. I've always walked out of the salon very happy with my styles!

My favorite salon ever! Anne is a joy to catch up with, and I love what she does with my hair color, i.e. she keeps it a nice golden blonde. The best!

This place is great if you want your hair to look like you're in the 90s. We came here for wedding hairstyles and not one person (out of 6) were happy with their hair - and we are really easy going! We each showed the stylists pictures of what we wanted and not one turned out. They weren't complicated styles either. The one lady asked me why I wanted my hair down because it was so difficult to do and I should do an easy up do like my sister, which , by the way, she had to redo (and for reference, I just wanted curls with a little braid across the top - super simple!). My hair turned out to be some half up do with random tight braids and a huge bald spot on one side of my hair so it had to get redone (not by this salon). One girl even ended up leaving with burnt hair. I have had my hair done numerous times at other salons and it's always been great so I was surprised how multiple stylists at one salon could be so terrible at styling hair. They may be good at cutting/dying hair based on previous reviews but they definitely fail at styling. The bride complained the next day and the manager was extremely rude. I was actually quite surprised how someone who is a supposed to be a manager can be so rude. I can say with certainty that I will never step foot in this place again.

I got my hair done yesterday by Ann Smith and she did an amazing job! I left saying it looks amazing, woke up saying to the mirror that I loved my hair. She was extremely in tune with what I wanted and made sure it looked amazing. I also had a pedicure by Michelleen and she did an amzing job as well, she showed so much care and did an amazing job of my feet. I left feeling pampered and there is a renewed positivity in me today. Cant recommend Rick and Co Hair Design enough. All the hair stylists have had a lot of experience prior to working here so everyone is really good at what they do!
