Super disorganized. They have NO CONSIDERATION over people's time. I just waited freaking 45 minutes for the owner, Cindy, and she never freaking showed up when I was told by the Chinese guy that works there Andy, she would be in a few minutes. I had to tell him twice to call her cause he told me she would be there at 5pm and when I left cause I got tired of waiting for her inconsiderate ass, I walked out at 5:45pm. Considering how pricey they are, clients should not be subject to such disrespect. They don't even clean the tools after they have used it on someone else, I have seen it happen many times YUCK!!!

Horrible lugar el servicio no sirve el salón cochino y sucio solo me dí color en los pies por lo sucio que ví todo en colores muy pocos
