Everytime I go there they are most welcoming and caring. They provide great service and they work very hard and are very honest. I appreciate the work they do. I can honestly recommend them!

The WORST! Shop is dingy and cluttered with cobwebs all over. Is this place even licensed?? Manicure sub-standard. Tech scolded me for chewed cuticles - which is the reason I was there (can't use a clipper on my "other hand"). Cuticles NOT cleaned up & my hands looked like $%^&. Must've been under some kinda influence 'cause after that disappointment I decided to have some waxing done. Kray-Kray. NEVER let the shop owner come anywhere near you with wax!!! I said "No" to lip wax. Dip Zip - she waxed my lip. When I told her "not too much on the brows" – Dip Zip - she took off MOST of my eyebrows and left me with really weird witch-y arches that I pray will not take more than 6 weeks to correct with regrowth and pencil. But the absolutely worst part of this was the bikini wax - I know I know - I should have left but I needed it done and couldn't wait for my regular place in Ventura. She pulled off my pants and undies (my manicure was wet) and motioned me to jump up on the table (she wasn't gonna be helping me get my pants back on). 1st clue it wasn't going to be to my liking? The 8 x 10 Penthouse-y glossies Vicki brought out to ask about the "style" I wanted. Style? WTF?! I'm 50+ - just clean up the hedges growing out of my panties at the tops of my thighs; thank you. And I said as much. EXCEPT this woman doesn't seem to understand a word of English when it comes to anything a customer is asking for. I can only describe the hatchet job she left me with because I sure don’t want THAT running wild on the internet!! In addition, her “technique” – if you can call it that - came this close to being a "wax with a happy ending". The whole thing just felt creepy. After all I don't know her that well . . . . Soooo all I can do is wait for it to grow back in and scratch, scratch, scratch while I do. And share this experience with all of you. But wait there’s more: after all of that, she grabbed my hands and decided to re-do the manicure her tech had done when I came in, an hour and half earlier! Plus, she did not wash her hands between the waxing and the mani-re-dux. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
