Made an appt. to get fill & a pedicure.... I usually don't come this spot but my nail person was out of town. I paid a generous amount for a tip & the fill was horrible. They filed my nails thin, that two nails cracked. I notified the lady same day about it, asked if I can come back to get it fixed, she said will charge extra...... They didn't clean under my nail, I had to ask for her to. My pedicure was done so sloppy.. Just unhappy.

I used to come here several years back, and was always impressed with the service. Recently I've been in 3 times; twice for pedicures and once for a shellac manicure. Annie attended me all three times. She did a very sloppy and painful job on my manicure, and a very rushed job on my last pedicure. I went in today to give this place one last shot. I got Annie again. I'm not good at confrontation, so I hoped for the best. She again rushed through the entire process, especially after three women walked in half way through. I'm used to pedis taking roughly an hour, this one lasted 25 min. She stuck my feet under cold air to dry, which never happened. I only just found out what Annie's name was, or I would have called ahead to request anyone else. If you do come to this salon, avoid Annie. Everyone else seems to do good work from what reviews I've read.

Awful place. I went once got a full set acrylic white and pink. So I guess this girl never did nails before. It was that bad. Nails falling off by the following morning.0 stars. 2 thumbs down. Never again!!!
