kimmy usually does an amazing job, but the last few times i’ve been, my nails do not look good. she doesn’t listen, and does her own thing according to whatever is convenient to her. it’s 50/50

I love going to Best Nails! I get the best pedicure, and my fingers look terrific. So friendly and walk-ins usually don’t have to wait!!

Always helpful and very personal once I've been going a while. They always work very hard to make sure every customer is seen is a timely fashion, because it's clear they're aware that people have other places to be!

I am still in shock. She wanted charge $10 extra to file my nails in a taper shape. She didn't even know the shape of a taper square 😱. Then when the shape was drawn of a taper nail, she said everyone in Madison, MS charges $10 more because it so hard. Seriously....This is such bull. So I had her remove the nails she had started....God only knows how they would have turned out

Ladies, I just struck gold with this nail salon. Truly, I just got the best acrylic nails of my life! I would love to be a shellac girl but I alas I was cursed with thin, weak, brittle nails so acrylic it is for me. The problem with acrylic nails is that no matter where I go to get them done I inevitably leave with very unnatural looking nails. They're always too long, too square and the acrylic is thick and lumpy. Yuck! Bottom line, I have to have acrylic but I want a very NATURAL look. Today I got it! The nail tech actually listened to me and here I am gazing lovingly at the most gorgeous set of acrylic nails I've ever paid for. They look like my own nails! This salon has earned themselves a customer for life, I'll never visit another nail salon again. Oh! And to all of the women complaining about being rushed through and not being pampered enough, get over yourselves! You're at an oriental nail salon, not Aqua the Day Spa. If you want to be pampered like a princess, fawned all over and waited on hand and foot then I suggest you pony up the extra money and go to an actual SPA. For what it's worth my nail tech had me in and out in about twenty minutes (girl was lightening fast!) which worked GREAT for me! I've got things to do and the less time I spend breathing in nail polish fumes the happier I am. Again, best acrylics of my life, cannot recommend this salon enough!
