If I could give this place a 0 (zero) I would! This has to be the worst nail salon I've ever been to! The service was terrible..they didn't know that I spoke several languages so I knew for a fact they were talking about me..wherever I go everyone says I'm a sweet customer and great tipper! I didn't want to tip the lady at all but I still have a heart..every single person that worked there had the worst attitude EVER! I'm visiting from out of town so I just wanted my nails and toes done for the time that I'm in New York..what made it worse was they seem to have "regulars" in there that were just as rude as them..all the stares I got..and pointing of fingers really upset me..I didn't even stay for my nails to get done because one of the ladies (she seemed to be the boss) started yelling so at that point I knew I was over it and I needed to get out of there..it seemed like they were being racist which truly bothered me..it seemed like they were talking about ALL the customers..I hate the fact that OUR people keep these racists people in business

The workers force you to tip them. I have given them three trys.
Unfortunately, they either mess up on my nails, be rude, or refuse to take service with me.
Therefore, if you look to go to this salon. Be expected to tip them more than five bucks. These employees are grimy.

If there was a star less then this I would've given it. I went to get French tips which were $30 and I thought it was a decent price and the lady who did it hurt me on 3 fingers and its such a huge scab and also she did not put any effort towards my nails she did such a bad job. My nails were way to round and I wanted them square. NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. and on top of that I got the nails done for my birthday so I was veryyy upset.
