My wife loved them, but she went to another business in the shopping center and said they have closed. The place was not just deserted, the entire space had been emptied.

I moved to Dallas about four years ago. I bounced around from salon to salon until I found this one. Since then, I've never went anywhere else. I don't understand these poor reviews as I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and does a great job. I've never left with regrets. It's always money well spent. Nice prices too. I've been to many nail salons throughout my life where I felt I was judged or had the feeling that they might have been talking about me, but not here.
The nail shop is clean and well taken care of. No cracks in the seats as the other review said, or clutter or trash laying around. Again, I'm confused as of why those couple of reviews were rated as 1 star. I love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Such good reviews so I wanted to try it. Walked in and they were a little just. So I asked if it was a long wait. The guy said"yes can you come back?!!" that's it. I'm like no thanks. I'm visiting from Houston. Yes let me go back while I wait. Lol

Let me just say i don't often write negative reviews because i understand a majority of people ONLY write a review when they have a bad experience but this place just really pissed me off. I hated that i had to give them my money.
My friend and I went in for full set. The first thing we asked is how long the wait would be because we had to be somewhere in about 2 hours. They said there was no wait and they seated us immediately. (Great! I thought) As my nails were soaking one lady started my friends nails. Another nail tech came over and removed my nails that had been soaking then got back up. This was done in a timely manner so i was still happy up to this point. After about 15-20 minutes of just sitting there i wondered what we were waiting on so i asked the lady that was doing my friends nails and she said when she was done with my friend she would be doing my nails. So then i wondered why the 5 other techs sitting around on their phones couldn't do my nails and gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought "maybe they aren't licensed to do nails." Then i noticed all their licenses on the wall. Out of 6 staff only ONE was doing nails and they know we are in a hurry!?!?
So while i am waiting for my nails to be done I'm getting more upset by the moment and i am looking around and i notice how dirty the place is! The floors were filled with dust and dirt, the staff were sitting in the pedicure chairs on their phones EATING. This is just unprofessional for someone to come in and see staff eating out in the open, ESPECIALLY IF THAT'S WHERE YOUR CUSTOMERS COME IN TO RELAX AND GET THEIR FEET DONE! Anyway, their were about 7 empty water bottles just sitting throughout the shop. There was an old banana peel sitting on one of the counters. I would like to remind all of you reading this there were 5 staff members sitting around doing nothing. If they are so bored to be sitting around on their phones they should be at least cleaning up. Lastly, ALL of the chairs were busting at the seams and the cushions were coming out. So not only is the place filthy but the chairs are old and worn out. This tells me the business isn't making good money and it isn't hard to see why.
So by the time she starts on my nails my friend had to be at work, which was 2 hours after our arrival, but i still had to get my nails done. My friend and i rode together so she had to take my car and I HAD TO WALK HOME!
My nails looked pretty good...... until the next day when they started LIFTING and one broke!
Everything about this experience was just unacceptable! I work at a new apartment community less than one mile away of this business and residents ALWAYS ask where to eat, shop, get dry cleaning, get nails done, etc. and i will tell EVERYONE that asks about my experience because i wish someone would have told me!

Good prices and friendly staff. They always take great care of me when I come in.
