Used to be much better...the last two times my nail tech cut my skin and nails too short. There used to be much more time and attention on each customer. I hope they go back to the old ways.
That being said, it is very clean, the chairs are comfortable, they have a zillion colors and they take credit cards.

I’ve been getting gel color for years and unfortunately this the gel color I had done here at Ceci was the worst I have ever had. The nail tech drilled my real nails down until they were thin and floppy. She didn’t use acetone to get my previous gel off she just drilled it entirely. Then she cut my cuticle which was bleeding and she did not clean it. After I left, I had already made the decision not to go back but over the next 2 days 3 nails chipped. So, I went back and had a different tech fix them. The day after that, one gel color just fell off completely in one piece and 2 others peeled and chipped again! I couldn’t believe it. I have to get a babysitter just to go get my nails done and I am beyond frustrated that I now have to make a 3rd trip to get my nails done in less than a weeks time.

Not happy. Went the day before my engagement photo shoot for a simple French manicure. The woman seemed in a rush, and was totally going to ignore the white streaks she left on three of my fingers, due to the fact that she rushed to put on the top coat before the white dried. I asked her to redo them and while she did, I felt it was an inconvenience to her. She finished and led me to the dryer. Never checked back. Sat there for 25 minutes before another woman came over to check my nails and apply a quick dry. Went home to find that my left ring finger (the one that will be in the majority of my engagement photos) was streaked and three nails were smudged. I will not go back.

Nail salon is under new ownership now. Salon is very clean. Excellent service and staff. Manicure and pedicure was amazing. Definitely recommend!
