I went to this place on Saturday Jan 6, 2018 and did acrylic nails. First off the lady that was doing my nails was very ruff and had an attitude, but I didn’t really take it as a big deal. So after 30 minutes of doing my nails she then painted my nails and told me to sit down and put my nails under the fan for 10 minutes. I did as she said and ended up waiting for about 20 minutes, then I got up and saw that she was busy with another customer I told her I was leaving because the 10 minutes were defiantly done once I left I got home and noticed one of my nails chipped from the side I didn’t really care until 3 other nails just came off! In the time span of 3 hours in getting my nails done. So I wasted $30 on nails and that same day they all broke off. I most defiantly do not
recommend you getting your nails done there.

I went in yesterday, August 17, 2017 for a chin wax and the lady talked me into a full face wax. I was actually pleased with the outcome and the price, which was $25. A couple hours later I noticed irritation on my cheekbones. I know I'm sensitive so I didn't think too much of it. By night there was a little bruise so I figured I'd put some vaseline on it and in the morning it'll be fine. Well it's not! I went in today to show the workers the area where the lady burned me (she was not there) and I could tell she was nervous. She began telling me to put some cream on it and that it wasn't a burn! Are you kidding me? She finally admitted that it was a burn. I tell her I'm going on vacation and requested a refund. She then says that she can't because the manager is on vacation. What a coincidence? So I ask when will they be back.. she stutters and says in a week. LIES! I WILL BE GETTING MY LAWYER INVOLVED! How can you burn a customer and have no remorse whatsoever? Have some sympathy! You really want to put your business in jeopardy for a $25 service? Unbelievable!

I came here for a powder job for my nails. The older gentlemen who worked on my nails went back and forth between me and another client for 30 mins which prolonged my experience in this place. They seem under staff and continued to accept new clients in only to have them sit at a chair and wait while they struggled to care for the existing clientele. Won’t be coming back here again.

Ana is wonderful. The salon is clean and efficient, and their work is wonderful 💜
