My fiance and I took our dog Razzle to this place. After we had some pretty badge experiences and other groomers with his haircut we decided to try somewhere new. And we were so glad that we did, because not only did he get to run around with other dogs and have a good time they seemed to take really good care of him. My fiance and I are very particular about how we like his hair cut. Very short puppy like look. We even brought in a picture for them and they seem to get it as close as possible to the picture. There was a little imperfections but nothing too major and nothing that we were upset about. He came out with his tail wagging and didn't seem to want to leave. We will be back

I'm so extremely satisfy with Pampered Tails, I was able to call and get my appointment for the next day, They came to my house right on time after texting me they were 10 min away, perfect for me to take my puppy for a short walk. they finish in couple hours. amazing results my puppy look like a star and walked out the mobile grooming van happy and for that they have now a loyal client for years.

Our dog Sera got awful service....ears not cleaned she....she was damp when the groomer brought her to the door...she didn't smell clean...
I called and spoke with someone who they would send another groomer to redo Sera...never got a return phone call for appointment....$110 dollars down the drain..
We won't be calling them again nir recommending their services to anyone...
Just another brick in the wall of the service industry today....just get the money and RUN..

I took my Cocker Spaniel on Mother's Day and they did a great job. Cole was clean and happy when I picked him up. I'm taking him again today!

Took my two dogs in a couple weeks ago and Im happy to say they did a great job! I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely be back. I usually drive all the way to Long Beach to get them groomed because I have not found a place where they did a good job.....until now. I'm glad I won't be making those long trips anymore!
My dogs tend to have very bad skin allergies and any other place I have taken them to they always ended up scratching really bad after. Here, they were doing just fine right after. That was a plus for me because I wasn't regretting getting them groomed. Getting an appointment that worked with my schedule was fairly easy and the staff was great.
