I specifically made a google account so I could write this reciew (something I’ve never done). I have never been so aggravated getting my nails done. I went here because it was close to work and to try a new place. First, the price for a gel fill was more than any other place I know. The woman completely ripped up my cuticles by filing over and over and over. I went back the next day because it looked as though my nails haven’t been done in weeks, there was no gel covering parts of my nails (especially where you fill them), and one had even lifted. When I went to explain the woman told me I was wrong and I told her that wasn’t true. I didn’t want the service but I wasn’t going to waste $50, so she repaired my nails and essentially did the same thing which caused more frustration. I am not one to care about perfect nails or be picky ever. She continued to file/buff until I told her she was hurting me and asked her to please allow me to file my own nails and to stop doing the same spot over and over. She handed me the nail file and I told her to paint them so I could leave. I will never go back, please save yourself a headache and money.

I would have given no stars but then I wouldn't have been able to write a review. Horrible service, prices and time spent to get a gel mani-pedi today. $80 to spend two hours at this very unprofessional establishment. Run, don't walk, away from this place as fast as possible. I only came here because I was pressed for time and my regular place was not open as early as they were, lesson learned to plan better.

My boyfriend and I went in on a Sunday to get a mani and pedi. They did not clean under our toe nails nor did they do our cuticles. None of their instruments were sterilized and the tub that they put our feet in was not cleaned. Once my boyfriend was done someone else walked in and they used the same chair without cleaning it. Showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and they weren’t close from achieving it. They also made two of my fingers bleed due to them being so rough. And once she was done with me she said “GO!” Twice! They charged us so much and did not do what they were suppose to do. Explained to them what they did wrong , but of course my boyfriend did not want any problems so we paid. They also asked for a tip even though we were not satisfied! Also I would like to add how they were talking about my breast and made it totally obvious that they were. Never ever going back!

The staff was friendly but what got them a 3 was cleanliness of their stations & time. The UV box was disgusting on the inside, I didn't put my fingers down once. Also, average time to do nails but a brow wax took 3x longer then it does somewhere else. I wont be returning, sorry

Amazing pedicures the lady massaged my feet and calf for such a long time. Best pedicure and service I have ever had! So happy will come back again!!
