Requested consultation appointment to determine if the process would be successful given my medical situation.
Mai was the consummate professional who honestly shared the caveats and less than ideal outcome I would likely encounter & provided sound advice rather than to coddle & ensure me of a successful outcome - which she certainly could have done. The business is nicely located in beautiful, uber-clean setting. The staff was welcoming, professional, superior client skills and eager to help both on the phone as well as on premises. I feel confident my 5 star impression & recommendation will be shared by anyone who visits MaiLash.

I came in to get permanent make-up (eyeliner). It was a great experience working with Mai. She is very clean and professional. A bit discomfort the last 15 minutes, but beauty is pain. I can tell I am going to enjoy this service for years to come, no more fussing with eyeliner and racoon eye by the end of the day! I'm super happy.

I am naturally fair skinned and with that for me comes lack of pigment & fullness in my brows.
I competed at Miss USA 2017 and the daily chore of applying makeup slowed my morning routine and required extra time dedicated to shaping and filling in my brows. Getting my brows microbladed was one of the best decisions I could have made.
I shaved 15 minutes off my daily morning routine and never had to fear sweating off a brow for outdoor photo shoots or losing a brow while swimming. In fact I actually started wearing less makeup since seeing Mai Le because I feel more confident in my appearance.
I would highly recommend Mai Le. The facility is beautiful, clean and Mai Le takes every request you have into consideration and applies YOUR ideal outcome. Plus she educates you on care and upkeep. The details like this matter to me because it shows the depth she cares for her clients.

Overall it was a fair experience. Studio was clean, Mai was very professional. The shape of my brows was a bit off after first session, and my husband noticed it right away. After the touch up appointment, the shape of brows was improved but not as even as I had wished. Despite carefully following the aftercare plan, the application unfortunately may not have been deep enough or perhaps my skin is too oily as my brows only lasted 3-4 months before I had to begin filling them in again.
