They are so expensive for a Fullset and it doesn’t even look good. You guys always over book & have me waiting over an hour until I can get in when I’ve made an appointment to begin with. They never make sure your nails are straight before proceeding ahead. I wish I could leave 0 stars but 1 Star will have to do. Taking my money and business to another place.

I have had good nails from here but this last time has really left a terrible mark on me. I paid $40 for a fill with gel polish. First off she pretty much removed the acrylic from previous and burned my nail. Like litterally through it and I discovered this today when that nail broke! She also burned my thumb as well as constantly got my skin. The woman I had was very rough and did not care that my fingers lock up randomly. (Something I can't control) for the $40 I paid, I would have and should have just been patient and waited for my usual tech.

The techs were really helpful and willing to make sure that my nails were exactly like how I wanted and happy with them before I left the shop. They were so nice.

Absolutely horrible. I called in a day in advance and booked my appointment that was set for noon. She accepted the time and when I went in for it they said they had no recollection of it. Ended up being stranded with no nails and all salons booked!!
