Hands down, the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. Very friendly and welcoming. When you go in, whether by appointment or walk in, they treat you with respect and do an amazing job. Cut your cuticles, file, etc. All the way down to mini massage and lotion. The nails come out PERFECT! On Tuesday, I was the last one left and it seemed like she was even more attentive and precise rather than rushing me out the door. They stayed 20 minutes late and never gave me service less than amazing! I will always go here while I'm in the Spokane/CDA area.

Very clean! The nail techs use tub liners, wear gloves, and use freshly opened tools for pedicures. The staff is very friendly, and prices very reasonable. I didn't have an appointment and didn't have to wait at all.

I have been going here for 4 years now, seemed as if the owners were not present. I walked in, they all looked at me I smiled, no one said anything so I proceeded over to the polish. Decided I wanted French tip so I sat down to wait. After 10 minutes no one came up to me, one taller slender gal was texting at the podium I approached her as she was rudely texting she turned her back and walked back to her station. Someone said something (of course they talk in their language) she came back asked what I wanted I told her mani/pedi she said “Sit down wait your turn” I went and sat down, 20 mins pass another lady walks in, no one greets her, I told her I’ve waited about 30 mins now, you can have my spot and I left.
I will no longer return after RUDE service like that and you bet I will tell all my friends and family that have ever stepped foot in there to not go, Foxy Nails has WAY better costumer service.
The least they could have done was allow me to soak my feet while I wait. And to that slender gal, YOU ARE AT WORK PUT YOUR DAMN PHONE AWAY!
