Although the price has been different on 3 different occasions and I got the same service, they are good! They take their time, hand out water and its very calm and clean!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I’ll never go here again. The wait time was over 1 hour when I went for a pedicure on a Tuesday, and I came back today for a polish change. I should have never gave them a 2nd chance.
$25 for a gel polish change lol
It would have been okay if it was an excellent job, but she didn’t even wipe after my nails were finish curing. Didn’t get a thank you or anything. I always tip 20%, but after the funky attitude I couldn’t even tip.
Listen, there are so many other nail salons that will treat you with respect & appreciate you spending your money with them, go there, avoid this place if you can!

Please omg the service was absolutely horrible. I asked them to make my nails shorter and the lady had an attitude. She snatched my hand and clipped them uneven. The nails themself were horrible. She wanted to charge me $50 for short nails and no special design. I also asked for a specific shape and she totally messed it up. There’s a way better nail salon if you go in the Walmart next door. I wanted to try this place out but I will never come back here again. Please listen to the other reviews because I wish I would have read them before coming here. 0/10 seriously save your money I almost walked out

I was tired when I went in therefore I didn’t realize what the owner charged me. This was my 1st and last time using this nail shop. I took pictures after I called and went back in to show the difference in the two hands , to ask about the price and she said I should’ve said something yesterday (the day of service). I was charged extra for long nails (at the cuticle) special shape (oval) and $10 extra dollars for 3 mth old take off (no soak off)

I looked here to see the reviews after I visited here and I can say I had a much different experience. I wanted to pamper myself after having sworn of mail salons since before the pandemic. The reason being I got tired of being rushed, asked to come back another day because a large out of town group showed up or sloppy work and this from a place I'd been using for 15+ years. I'd visited many of the other nail shops in my area and found the service mediocre at best. When I walked into this shop, there was not the usual greeting or acknowledgment so I signed in and sat down. I immediately noticed a sign that basically said, "ask about the price before you get the service". After about 15 minutes, one of the ladies came out and looked at the sheet and began to ask who was who. I was getting a mani-pedi and hoped I wasn't going to get the new person who was still in training. I was called back after 5 minutes. I wasn't given a sales spiel and had to ask for a menu of services. I chose the deluxe mani-pedi. I had one tech who greeted me when she sat down and started with the pedicure. She took her time and didn't rush. She did an excellent job on my feet and hands. Great massages for each. I was very pleased with my service and my tech. I will definitely be going back. Since I have natural nails, I can't speak about the different nail services but if you want to pamper yourself with a deluxe mani-pedi, I'd definitely recommend this place. Price wise, their overall prices were high compared to the last time I was getting acrylic nails but I chalked that up to businesses trying to recover after the pandemic and it has been about 3+ years since I had such service.
