Definitely do not recommend this place. First impressions... The shop is incredibly dirty. I know filing nails is dusty, but it looks like there was months of nail dust built up on everything!
On to the service... Had acrylics done (elsewhere) for my wedding a few weeks ago and went in to have them professionally and properly removed. (I did a lot of research that revealed that acrylic removal could be very damaging to the nail unless done properly!) I didn't want to risk damaging my nails so I came in.
Well... She took a shortcut and only properly removed the ones she couldn't pry off! Those nails are in okay shape. The rest of mine are destroyed. My nail was splintered into the nail bed! I have splinter hemorrhages on several of my nail beds from the removal! (She told me just to let them grow out and clip it off... It's not in the nail itself, it doesn't work like that!) She didn't even put any care into shaping my nails nicely. Didn't ask what shape I wanted. They have awkward edges and are completely uneven.
I then asked for a gel polish layer to protect my nails after removal. The coverage is atrocious. There are blank spots on my nails and it's already flaking off on the parts that actually have gel on them. Photo of my nails after my appointment attached.
I probably would have done much less damage had I just done it myself! I admit I didn't speak up because I assumed she knew what she was doing. This was a mistake. Never coming back. Don't send your friends here. This is not a professional salon.

this lady is SO RUDE! I asked how much it cost for full set and she wouldn't give me price and says she'll see how long my nails are. she says I call and call all the time to see how much they cost when it was my 1st time calling ever . looks like you lost a customer cranky lady 😠

Manicure and pedicure was amazing suggest it to everyone due to the excellent service :)
