Very friendly staff. Had no trouble communicating. Got a basic manicure for $17 that was really well done. The person who did my nails was really detail oriented and my they came out looking fantastic. No pain whatsoever. Everything seemed clean and well-organized. The space was brightly lit and colorful. I plan on going back.

I went in a couple months ago and had such a poor experience that I've kept writing a review on my To-Do list. When I got there I asked for Gel Nails and he showed me the selection (it was lacking to say the least), then he ground down my nails so far that when I did finally get the gels off they were very, very brittle (especially compared to the "normal" grinding at other salons). I do my own gels at home normally, but decided to let someone else do them for once - I noticed quite a few things were done incorrectly. He SKIPPED the base layer and used a non-gel topcoat so by the next evening I had cracks on my nails which eventually started looking dirty. I didn't even keep the gels on for a week because it looked so bad.
