My very first time at BeBe. I made an appointment, but the woman who answered the phone seemed confused as to why Inwas making an appointment. No inquiry as to is it your first time here... just what do you want Pedi/Mani. I stated bothe Pedi and Mani. 10 AM appointment.
I arrive at 10:10AM and the majority of the staff is arriving at th same time. I enter and there was no reference to do you have an appointment. I said Inhad a 10 AM appointment and the women behavior suggested it did matter. What do want ?
No good morning . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I had to ask the nail tech her name .. she was nice... Audrey.
The overall experience was not bad... I just was not accustom to the culture of the shop. Not a relaxing atmosphere...a bit cluttered. Only one sink. Bathroom faucet needs repairing.
My gel nails are nice and my feet felt good. I will go again and not expect anything but the service. Oh. No bullying for tips! However, I think Audrey was happy with the tip I gave her.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!
The customer service is disgusting.
I got a gel full set acrylic nails and gel pedicure.
A week later my polish is peeling off and smudging.
They over charge you for horrible service.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.
Nobody should go to Mandy either she does a horrible job

Terrible place. I used to come here and it used to be great, but now it has very careless employees. With manicures, you have to constantly tell them that the nail is filed uneven. The nail polish is painted on the SKIN!! Nail polish chips within 2 days for BOTH regular nail polish and GEL!!! With pedicures, they dont put any effort, and they have made my toe cutical bleed the last 3 times I was here. They have cut my nails too short to the point where it hurts. The nail polish is sloppily painted on. Most of yhem are very rude, the place is very dusty. Never coming again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Kelly and Annie are the best.. they are always friendly and do great nails.

Every time I go here the atmosphere is relaxing my nails always come out wonderful.
