I have never liked pedicures....
As a guy it seemed an unnecessary luxury.
Plus my feet and nails are sensitive.
Jumping and contorting isn’t relaxing...
But after noticing the callouses and dry skin
I decided to give it 1 last try.....
And now after using Cindy twice I can honestly
Tell you that the experience was totally worthwhile!!!
Cindy is an incredible tech who totally understands her clients needs.
She is way beyond my expectations and made
My feet feel wonderful!!!

Had a great high end pedicure today with Cassie... I’ve had many techs over the past 2 years at this spa and she is now my keeper !!! Highly recommend her. So friendly and sweet.

cassi is awesome. She does a very thorough job and takes her time. Perfectionist i tell ya!! Also the front desk is very accommodating and does a very good job getting me in with her! Love this place!

Walked in and was told a "20 min wait", which was fine. 25 min later, I was told it would be less than 10 minutes. After those 10 min passed, they offered to take me back to a chair to wait, instead of the front area. After 40 min, I left. Poor management. The only reason there's 2 stars instead of 1 is because of better experiences in the past. Advise: if you have to wait, keep checking with the front desk every 5 min, because there were others walk ins seated ahead of me (was waiting next to front desk and could hear)

The last few times I have dealt with this company, the staff goofed up.
They failed to put my appointments in their schedule and when I arrived, they either had no appointment for me or they were running way behind. When I asked to be able to contact the salon owner I was given the run around. “Sorry we won’t tell you who the owner is.”
If you don’t mind dealing with a high volume business this place might be ok.
It’s the Burger King of the manicure world. They provide the regions cheapest manicure. But remember you get what you pay for.
I prefer higher quality where the clients are respected.
Venetian has so much business they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction.
I had gone to Venetian for a few years, but I no longer do as the desk staff is incompetent and they dont care about customer service.
