Made a appointment was able to be seen same day which is great. They were running a little behind do to a customer’s last minute changes. They accommodated me and my wife very well in a relaxing environment. I most say the service was outstanding Ms Anne did her thing with me feet, she took her time and made sure that I was satisfied. Mr Johnson the owner is very welcoming and down to earth. Being a male it takes a lot to empress me and they did just that. Every two weeks I will be there for sure!!

I used to go to Annie when she worked in the Columbia location. I did extensive research to find what location she left to. I now drive an hour away to have her do my nails. I have been going to her since I was 16 years old. I have not had better customer service or better treatment anywhere else
She treats her customers with the utmost love and respect. She even works with you getting you the look exactly how you want it to be. She makes that sure the pressure is right, you have the coverage you need, and the exact shape and design that you requested. After going for to her for a while, she even starts giving discounts for being a loyal customer
I am very picky and very high standards when it comes to getting my nails done. I have been to so many different locations, and I can say this is the only place, the only person I’ve stayed loyal to
Take it from me, I know other people write comments with their experiences. But I have brought roughly 10 to 15 people to her, and they are still going to her because of how amazing her work is

I have been going to Pro Nails for about 2 years. I am so glad that I found them. I usually get the dip manicure. When I have been to other places, my nails chip. My dip manicure at Pro Nails lasts until I am ready to go back because they have grown out, NOT because they have chipped. I don’t know if it is their technique, or the product that they use, but I highly recommend.

Very nice place and Annie does amazing nails. If you go I definitely recommend asking for her she’s very diverse and talented !!

I love this place,!!! Everyone had great attitudes even though it was late and super busy, Annie did an awesome job on my nails and very fast... You Rock!! Henry and Annie y0o made my day...Thanks again.
