Bebe’s Is always so accommodating and helpful to all customers! They do an excellent job of managing people with appointments and also walk ins, which is very hard to do. The staff is always working very hard and they do a really nice job of listening to your requests and needs. These jobs are challenging… People come in in a hurry and have certain expectations for service. But this shop does a really nice job of managing the requests of very demanding customers. 5 stars for service!

My nails always turn out so great!!! I go in every few weeks and they do a better shop than any other nail place I've been to in Ann Arbor. Angela is so fantastic!

I have had one specific nail technician that I continually ask not to have. I will tell him I don’t want a trim or like today I said I want a tiny trim, he then proceeds to cut the acrylics from the length I want them down to the size of my real nails (which makes no sense why would I pay $40 to have it at my actual nail length when I said just a little trim). Every time I have had him, he makes my hands bleed in more than one place. AND he has a tremendous attitude, judges the length of my real nails, and doesn’t do what I ask. I love some of the nail techs here, but he needs to go, I will not be coming back!

so i’ll start off by saying i came in literally twenty minutes before closing, but everyone was still readily prepared and focused on doing my manicure and pedicure (which turned out amazing by the way). i also got a brow waxing, which was amazing and done very quickly. spite it being the end of their work day (which i feel awful for holding them open) they all fully completed my services and did a great job at it. the only complaint i have is how amazingly adorable everyone working there was. 10/10, would recommend. :)
