They do not use sterilized pliers, they put all on table as soon as they are done with a pedicure and use it with the next customers manicure/pedicure. Ive been there long enough to observe every detail. Inside the sterilizer the have bounty sheets so that makes me truly believe they dont do it constantly or that only at night maybe when day is over? But it shouldn't be. Each customer is unique and there are many things that could be contagious.

They are terribly busy so if you want to get in and out without waiting plz make sure you make an appointment. But I liked the job they did on my nails. They are tremendously fast workers so before walking in keep in mind wat you wanna do and let them know so they can accommodate you sooner.

Rip off! Couldn’t make it to my usual nail salon and I was desperate for a fill so I took a chance coming here. Never again. I do not mind spending good money but I expect quality with it. I had gel fills done, one of my nails still has old polish on it and each nail is a different shape and length. I had a broken nail which she offered to put an extension on and I declined and she did it anyway and charged me for it. I asked for a quick polish change on my feet since I didn’t have time for a full pedi, $15 and every single toe nail has old polish in the corners.

Very nice people. They take great care of you. Not intrusive. Very professional. I've been happy every time.
