What an awesome find. At first this was just a lark, but it has become a really beautiful way of having self-care. Virginia is so considerate and thoughtful as well as very good at what she does. I have very sensitive eyes they're allergic to just about everything and I appreciated having a chance to do an allergy test before moving forward. And then the ongoing service has been fantastic.

Worst business ethic i have ever experienced. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning at 10 and they didn't arrive till nearly 10:30. Eyelashes fell out before my two week refill so I called the number on the reminder email to cancel, left a message and requested a call back. Never received a call back and they still charged $45 to my card after making me wait for my appointment. Told them I left a message to cancel and they claimed they did not have record of my call or a message. False claims just to steal money from clients. Shady business, worst customer service in Greeley. Would recommend anywhere else!!

I had a wonderful experience! Danielle did an amazing job! I did show up a little early while she was finishing up with her previous client and she welcomed me when I walked in. My lashes look amazing! I'm getting so many compliments. I also enjoyed being able to book my appt online. I highly recommend this place if your new to the area or if your interested in getting your lashes done.

Very poor communication. Sets appointments for a time then shows up 15 minutes late and does not answer the phone. Then when they did show up i asked how long the appointment would take and was told an hour to an hour and a half. I started to say I was going to need to reschedule because since they were late - the lady that opened the door cut me off and said I didn't need to be rude. Lady, that was no where near rude- you were rude by not communicating that you wouldn't be on time to your appointment you set for me.
Also the room was a mess, stuff all over the beds, clutter every where.
If you like attitude and disorganization you will love it here! I on the other hand like to be treated with respect and I rely on a very heavy schedule. No thanks I will not ever be back!
