Deserves a ZERO!!!! Code compliance needs to visit them. The older lady was really rough with me and cut me. Her and the man argued in their native language the entire time. My nails look awful! I almost want to go in there and demand a refund!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!

Customer Services is something I take very serious, especial in the beauty industry. Not just as a customer, but as someone who is apart of the same industry. And this places is the worst every. I received a pedicure and overlay on July 14, 2018 in which I wasn’t satisfied. For more than one reason, but I didn’t have time to continue to explain myself to someone who wasn’t listening. On that evening I saw a crack going up my nail. And I just knew that I didn’t have any extra time to go back, working 12-16hr shifts. So on today July 19th I have time between clients to see about getting them repaired or something. I was not welcomed into the establishment, and once I had to make myself known, I then was looked at as if they didn’t know who I was and told I would still have to pay for full service again. Please don’t do it to yourself. Your money will be much appreciated at a nail school on beginners then at this place. Don’t Waste your money or time, I repeats don’t do it to yourself?

I came here because I was desperate and couldn’t wait for my usual salon since it was always packed I thought why not? BIG MISTAKE I asked the lady if they had glow in the dark dip nail polish and she said yes. I got that and a herbal spa pedicure. My full set was done lumpy and she waited to tell me after my tips was glued on that she only has the glow in the dark nail polish so I just said that’s fine and let her finish. They were lumpy and not smooth at all. When I got my pedicure the man did it and everything was fine until he went to put on the questionable foot mask. He opened the jar and smelled it then went over to the lady and they talked a bit and he came back and put it on my legs and feet. At the time I didn’t think anything of it but I wish I had. A few days later I had a bump the size of a tennis ball on the back of my leg followed by a fever and chills. I went to the hospital to get it drained and they told me it was a staph infection. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE!! Not to mention she lied about the glow in the dark polish it wasn’t glow in the dark at all. This place needs to be closed down. If you want a staph infection then come here !

I am giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. I did my nails today May 20 2019 for the first time and it will be the very LAST time. I had gel on and the old guy drilled my nails to a point that it now like paper. Now the old lady took over to I told the lady multiple times NOT to cut my nails but she still did and gave it and horrible and I mean horrible shape. And color is nothing like what I chose. I have to just cut my nails which I took time ti grow. DO NOT GO HERE. waste of money. dirty and poor service.

I love my nails and they last long.. It's not the color i wanted but color still is cute.
