I have been working with the staff at 104 Apartments to secure a living space and I highly recommend them. Their community ambassador, Ylyana Shershunova, is absolute AMAZING and is extremely helpful, insightful, and friendly. She has been incredibly patient with all my questions and very thorough in her responses. Working with her has been a great experience and I look forward to continue working with her. To her supervisor; she deserves a raise! The complex itself is very clean and well-designed. I love how it is pet-friendly and very accomodating. I can't wait to finally move-in to 104 Apartments!

Love our place! Being so close to downtown Bothell is really nice, great for walking our dog. This place has thought of everything! Concrete floors (in some units) is an unique change, and having 24/7 access to the lounge and gym is certainly a plus. Thank you, 104!

My wife and I have been here for about a month and, so far, everything is great! The staff are super friendly and helpful. They seem to have resident events every month like Taco Tuesday and Waffles and Mimosas. Garage parking is easy and so far there has always been plenty of places to park. The place is quiet, smoke-free, and is in a fantastic location.

There are many reasons to live here. Great location,walkable to food and drinks, public transportation on nearly ever block and awesome floor plans. The # 1 reason to live here is the staff!! I have adore Kristin, Shauna and Luis, they rock! They listen, are helpful and put your needs first. We have great monthly events and anything I have asked of them, they will happily lend a helping hand!
