I really think this is one of the best spots on the Island of Oahu for nail care. From gel fills to nail design, pedicures to waxing I have never been disappointed. They have you fill out a wellness form and do temperature checks on everyone who walks through the door. They are extremely busy, but have always been able to accommodate us in a reasonable amount of time with no appointment needed although making one would be advisable. They are quick and efficent, and the quality of their work is top notched. Will continue to come back again and again!

If I could leave no stars I would. I never left a review anywhere because I’m the ah it won’t do anything type person. But hopefully this will. If your looking for a place for someone to literally snatch your hands around , slap the top of them, call your fingers fat. Continuously get on there phone to text someone. Rush while doing your nails, just so rough your actual nails hurt afterwards.Have cold water while getting your toes done. This is the place for you

Pretty on the inside but consistently the worst costumer service and quality of any nail salon I’ve tried in Kailua. Rude and unfriendly staff and sub-par nails. Would recommend you try a different salon in Kailua.

I have been here a total of 5 times, 3 for a mani and 2 for a pedi. The first time I got a mani I had a male tech and my nails looked very good, I left with no complaints! The other two times I got different techs, both women, who rushed through my gel manicure and my nails ended up looking uneven and terrible. The first 5 colors I asked for they were out of, so I had to get something I didn’t like and pay for it because i was already halfway through the manicure. Both times I have gotten pedicures here I have been painfully nicked from the techs rushing through. They don’t take their time or show that they value quality, they just want to push you in and out then take your money. The customer service here is terrible, and normally if someone struggles with English I don’t mind, but the way the techs I have had spoke absolutely no English and just motioned with their hands what they wanted me to do did make me feel a little awkward.

Clean setting and a nice pedicure (I get a gel pedicure). 4 stars instead of 5 because the staff hasn't always been all that nice. 🤷🏼♀️
