I came in with my husband today and spent over $150. The pedicures were good. I had my acrylic nails filled. I insisted on the same gel polish I got the last time at this place. The older man did not look for the polish I wanted , he made me pick another. My nails look lumpy and he painted them to look as if I already needed another fill so I have to come back sooner. Cut me multiple times with the drill and didn’t say sorry. Very rushed, didn’t ask me if I wanted my nails any shorter (which I did). There is one young woman in there that is fabulous. She sits in the back right corner. If you must come here, only go to her.

I usually am pretty satisfied with my services here, however tonight, I am literally telling the lady doing my pedicure how to do a pedicure 🙄 they have been very rude about me voicing my opinion on a bad pedicure. Will not return. Service is definitely not worth the money.

I’ve been coming here for the past year almost every month now and I love how Helen is such an amazing person! Everytime I come I try and have her take care of my feet and hands! She has so much patience! I can say she’s the best from all the employees working here! There’s about 2 or three more employees who smile at me and say hi Kuz I come here often (which feels nice when they welcome
U with a smile and positive attitude.
We spend about an hr and half to 3 hours here so why not have a conversation with us! Most of them are just quiet and talking to their co workers. So Helen keep up the good work!

Told the nail tek many times of the shape I wanted... (almond) and she didn’t do it. The acrylic is uneven, many dips and dents in it... I wish it was a better out come. But I will not be returning..

WORST SPOT IN MILILANI. PROFESSIONALISM NONE.
Never really liked this place and it’s been there for years. Anyways, walked in on a Saturday not busy at all. Ok cool. Me and my niece wanted to get Mani/Pedi. We sit down and the two girls were already talking in their language. Nothing new.
Noticed while they were talking, one pointed at me then my niece then to proceed to bursting out in laughter. The meaning of LOL. Probably trying to figure out who is the adult here.(Yes I’m vertically challenged) But I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life!
Not even a “Hello” or the normal “sit”
Immediately feeling in high school again. We did a 180 and walked out.
