Went to see Elaina and was sadly disappointed and left with a terrible migraine. Not only was her attitude piss poor but she kept pulling at my hair trying to brush through it. Yeah my hair was very long and knotted but don’t yank at my damn head! Her faces pissed me off not to mention she made me feel rushed. Never in my 25 years of hair cuts have I ever left in pain. I felt extremely unwelcome as well. Never coming back!

Hubby bought me a gift certificate. It was my first time. I asked how much a cut and color was and was told by Kelly it was $100. I never said blowdry, just a cut and color. I found out during the appointment that the price included a blowdry and went with it even though I hadn't booked a blowdry. At checkout I was told $105.00. I mentioned Kelly said $100 and they said "Sorry it's $105." Ok you got the extra $ but lost a client in the process.
