First time going here. Gel manicure. In order to get the old gel off she simply sanded it off with that dremel like tool (after applying acetone for like a minute). My nails were so thin and bendy afterwards. Also had several spots on cuticles that bled. Will definitely be avoiding.

Best pedicure I have ever got by Amy. She takes her time and does an amazing job. And prices are great.

This place is GROSS & my daughter got an infection the same day of her pedicure. I just spoke with someone who is NOT the manager (because the manager won't be available for a month) & he refused to take any responsibility for the matter. He went so far as to say that my daughter might have went home and watched a scary movie and THAT could have caused the infection. Um, what?? Unless you have an addiction to the Bactrim antibiotic or to the ER, don't go there. BUYER BEWARE. Last but not least, the skill level there is less than spectacular. Some of my nails are rounded while the others are square... The polish didn't go to the end of the nail either; they're about 90% polished- not a good look.

Long story short the nail "tech" barely got the wax on my eyebrows nor was she able to see what she was doing. I am paying for a service you are "licensed" in, you should be good at it. The owner is as well quite rude. If anyone in the shop besides Amy or a younger nail tech offers to take care of you- leave. I use to be a very faithful customer to this business but have taken my money elsewhere. I tend to not write reviews but I was highly disappointed.
