I think this is the last time I will go here. I go because everything is supposedly sterile (comes out of plastic in front of you and they line the foot bins with a plastic bag) and they’re around the corner (slipping out with a 5mo old and a 2yr old has to be quick and last minute for me), but there are only two people who are worth seeing here (Linda and Kelly - amazing; and the woman at the front desk is always so nice). The others are mediocre if not poor. Pedicures are so fast and unless you buy an upgraded pedicure there’s no semblance of scrubbing your feet. And the tip etiquette is just embarrassing.
Tonight I had Jessie, who tried so hard to rush me out - had to ask for time to soak my feet, ask for scrubbing on my feet, and generally was just not impressed with the pedicure or massage (just for ref, did the “Slim Diva” pedicure and then added a 10 min massage after). She waited and watched while I wrote in my tip on the credit card slip and asked me if I forgot to include money. When I told her I hadn’t she waited still and pointed to the amount. I just can’t get over the rudeness. This has happened so many times here it’s ridiculous. Anyway, can another clean salon that takes care and has good people open on Montague please???

I gave this place a try because my normal salon was closed. They will try to up-sell you on packages for the first 10 min regardless of saying you want the basic service 5x. I requested a gel mani and pedi with matching color. After they did the polish, I realized it didn’t match...by a long shot. They told me it was the best they could do and then proceeded to charge me full price (30% more than my usual salon down the street). Would not recommend. There are several places in BK Heights that are far more hospitable and fair in pricing.

Do not go here!! Went in for a pedicure for my sister's birthday and they used some unsanitized tools. Long story short: I got MRSA and had to deal with it for months after. This place is unsanitary and awful, don't go here!

Great customer service. I’m really bad about making last minute appointments but they are always super accommodating. This has become my go to nail spot.

Customer beware: while the service is generally fine, the employees will frequently look for ways to charge you extra. I've had to almost argue with them to just get a basic pedicure rather than one with extras. I recently went and was hit with an extra $15 fee for massage time I didn't ask for or even consent to. The manager apologized, but this happens way too often for them to be unaware of what the employees are doing. I'd avoided them for a while because of this issue, and should have stuck to it.
