I went to this salon a couple of days ago.. and I have gone to this nail salon on multiple occasions and have experienced unprofessional service. However this time I had the last straw, when i entered the “manager” (idk if she was) was very rude and unwelcoming. When I picked my colors and she looked at my nails and we being difficult saying it was hard to remove poly gel and they were too thick... mind you all my nails had fallen off and only 3 were left and 1 on the verge of falling off. While doing my nails my nail tec kept complaining and left and asked someone else to do it. I found that very rude. When the other nail tech lady came she did the same thing, she complained and was making all the nail techs come and look at my nails which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I could not understand what she was saying but I felt unwanted during the process. I would’ve been fine if she had said something to me however she chose to show others and laugh which is not professional. The acrylics were not the length I wanted also, I wanted long almond but the nail tech kept saying it wouldn’t look good long and it would be nice short. I said no thank you I’m good but she didn’t listen and still did it short and it was 62$ I’m very unhappy with my experience at this place.

I came in with a nail design and Vivian recreated it perfectly, even better than the picture. By far my favorite nails! I am a loyal customer and I have always loved my results here, amazing quality.

I have been a customer at Bella Nails for several years now and Jenny and her team always provide excellent service! My manicures and pedicures always last much longer than I have experienced from other salons. They are very clean as well. I would highly recommend Bella Nails and look forward to continuing to be a customer there!

I get my waxing done here I am always out in a jiffy and they do a good job.

I did my nails and they came out great. Very clean and organized. But it is not a spa, there is no way to relax in there. They tv had on motorcycles competition and then a boxing match. The technicians were always talking between them and sometimes screaming. The lady that was doing my nails couldn't concentrate since her coworker was showing her pictures on the phone. Some relaxing music will be nice. I felt I was at the mall.
